We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors.
To answer your enquiry and, where it goes further, to quote, contract and supply. The lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract once there is one.
We do. Enquiries reach our own email accounts. The site, the enquiry form and our email run on third party hosting and email services, so your message passes through them on the way to us.

Our hosting and email providers may hold data on servers outside South Africa. Section 72 of the Act permits this where the recipient is subject to rules that give comparable protection. If you want to know which providers we use, ask us and we will tell you.
